Can anyone tell if the pepsi sign is real or fake. It's green on the back side and seems to be heavier than a reproduction sign. Thanks

Randy

Real reproduction.  10 to 15 dollars IMO.

Could the letters have been filled with bondo to make the sign heavier?  Here is what it should look like:

II am no expert,  but the Ebay sign if it was real would have been wrapped in paper or waxy paper and not plastic?

No bondo on the letters. It just seems heavier than a cheap repo sign. Thanks.

Some of these reproductions are using a heavier gauge metal.  You know these are OK as long as no one is trying to pass them off as the orginal Pepsi sign.   The colors on this one would be wrong for the time Logo time Period.   I have bought a few of the heavier gauge metal ones and they are great display items.

Thanks for all the information. I'm still learning about signs.
