Here are some picture's of a V-56 sq. top, that I recently did a complete restoration on. This machine is owned by a customer that bought two restored machines from me, a VMC-33 and a V-81 early model machine. This is the first sq. top that I have restored. It turned out very nice and I will now add some sq. top's to my collection.

Terry,
Resize the image to smaller dimenstions(approx. 800x800 pixels) but remember to save it with a differnet name or you'll possibly over-write the original. If you have difficulty, just email me the original and I'll post it here for you...

Great look'n square top .... I have to ask! Did you powder coat the inner liner and shelves? I'm taking apart my 81 now and am wondering if I should powder coat the liner tub or Zinc plate the whoe thing same goes for the shelves though I think I'm leaning towards zincing and sealing the shelves. Are those “Have a Coke” decals?.... Again great job! You should do some before and after pictures in the gallery.

Wow, absolutely beautiful! I too am wondering if each "Have A Coke" below each bottle hole is a decal and if so did you get them from Funtronics. Are there no large decals on the sides (like the "White Have a Coke" ones on some V-56s)? I'm not sure, because all we could see was one side in the pics. More photos, more photos, I love looking at your machines!

Don't forget that you guys (and gals) can register in the SMC Photo Gallery and create your own photo albums within one of the three main existing Albums... Once you have done this, you can upload the files you want displayed... A nice feature here is that the files will be automatically resized to fit! For those that aren't as computer savy, I'll need to create a "Help File" to assist a little in accomplishing tasks, but overall, it's not very difficult! Posting photos here is fine but was originally designed to facilitate helping visitors with technical stuff, not displaying photos of restorations, collections etc, etc...
So... I encourage everyone to login and begin showing their soda machines!
