So now if it's not sold quickly enough at one price, that means it needs to go for more. That makes perfect sense.
I just don't get it. These days many sellers seem to not want to cooperate on just providing information, to say nothing of price.
"If I don't sell it quick enough at this price, I'll just threaten to go up on it later, that's the ticket! I'll act like I'm interested in an offer though, just to thoroughly anger and confuse potential buyers."
Then they'll say to themselves "I wonder why it hasn't sold yet?"
