I'm hoping that they meant wether its hot or cold outside, since its on a thermometer.  Hot dr pepper sounds unnatural

Dr. Pepper marketed it as a hot drink for a few years, I may have to try this drink at some point  Oo

We used to have hot Dr Pepper over lemon slices after trick or treating every year when I was growing up.  Loved it!!!  Warm and soothing.
