A guy contacted me about this Coke Westy cooler (I think it's a westy) and asked if it had any value.. I said it's rough but to someone maybe if they didn't have to ship it.
He's in North Dallas Texas area he said and was going to put it out with the garbage..
I said I know some guys and maybe someone's close that will want to come get it..

so all I know is it's in North Dallas Area and here is his email:  mglanyon@gmail.com

Good luck to anyone interested..

I'm sure there is a member or two in that area, but unfortunately by the time they read this post the cooler will be crushed.  darn

I always thought that idea of the SMC frapper map was a good idea, even if members only register by city.

Me too..
I thought we had that going at one time.. then it went away..

I agree.. we don't need address, just cities or even geographical areas would be good or by state?

I agree! At one time, I was trying to get SMC GeoMaps off the ground... All it needed was city, state, & zip...  Oh well...

My six cents,

What about using some sort of backend for the base, sort of like Google Maps (but not necessarily Google Maps itself)?

Code was easy for the first SMC GeoMaps and shared.
I didn't feel there was anyone that cared about working on the project further.
So I quit spending my time.
Maybe with new tools available it will take off.

Can always re-visit a dead project. Except they tend to be double dead next time around.
Don't have any time to donate these days. Sorry.
