I have access to a generic VMC 81. It's solid .  Is the generic 81 mainly used to make a dr pepper? What is going price for this model?

Good originals have been going for $3000.00 to 4000.00 depending on how nice they are. 

I know of 3 that have sold recently for that range that were being bought for resale.  I don't see it personally, but I'm thrifty.
