I wrote to this guy several times but no answer back.I want it but am I looking at a toy or a real cooler.? Shipping sounds REALLY interesting...LOL..Ebay item 300963959690...Ok..how and the heck do you guys post complete ads on Ebay..? This is driving my batty..javascript:;

It's not a toy....But they have the shipping quote way messed up.....Only $27.48 to me all the way to Georgia.  Does eBay make the seller honor the shipping cost listed in the add....?

Dave if you are bidding on it I will not....Otherwise I might if the shipping is correct or I could back out if it wasn't....?

Guess it's time to check there policy.

Ebay now forces you to enter an amount  in the Shipping fields.  Your actual  shipping fees will be  vastly more I imagine

Well when I first clicked on the link there wasn't a shipping amount listed....I had to enter a zipcode to see shipping charges....So that wasn't a set amount that the seller entered.....In the past when I have bought items that had shipping listed I could pay for the item right after I won it including the shipping listed.

Yes I agree there is no way to ship that for the amount listed.

The cooler it's self might be pre WWII as the ad list it, but the graphics are not.

Yeah Im going to bid.There is a way around shipping charges through Ebay.Your go to the screen that shows all of your shipping choices then keep scrolling down until you see this... (------) .When you click on that shipping option you can choose LOCAL Pick-up only.There was a clitch about 4 or 5 weeks ago when you HAD to pick some kind of shipping so I just entered Fed Ex BUT stated in the ad several times that it was for local pick up only and the guy who was bidding was sent an e-mail stated that.Well he won and wanted a roof and full rear quarter panels to a 1969 Camaro shipped to Florida..WELL...the case is still pending because Ebay said as soon as it happened I should have called them..UH..? Where does say that..? My paypal is frozen but someone was nice to show me a way around it...Hehehehehehehe...
