So I just found this site a few days ago when I first got a Westinghouse Standard cooler that used to belong to my grandparents.
But I did a restoration / conversion on this back in 2006.

Since I am new to the forums I thought I would show some before and after pictures.

When I got it, it was a Pepsi machine.  Not sure if that was original or not though.  And it was in terrible condition.
I did a complete tear down and took the shell to be straightened / pained @ a body shop.
The liner I did with Hammertone paint.  If I had to do it again, I would likely have it powder coated.
Compressor worked great and was in good overall condition, so I just cleaned it up and polished the copper.
Had some custom decals made.  Still need a few more for the front of the machine, but just haven't gotten around to it.

I would love to hear some opinions on it!

More picture here as well as some before pictures

I like it but I would suggest doing something with the marquis sign.  Too much yellow on the front.

He's not done with the front.

Looks good so far.

Thanks...  I enjoyed doing it, although A lot of people hate corona and conversions.  I really wanted something that popped.

Looks so good so far you really should design the marquee to light up.

On the 56 square top i have/had which i try to modify to a fantasy roundtop sodamachine i also have in the beginning an idea to make a corona themed machine with one of those illuminated crowns https://www.vics66.com/store/gas-pumps/one-piece-milk-glass-gas-pump-globes/crown-milk-glass-gas-pump-globes/ on top but is was only a idea.   upside

Looks so good so far you really should design the marquee to light up.

That is why the front isn't finished right now...  I have the wiring to use a lighted display, but haven't been able to find anyone selling just that piece for mine.
Seen a lot of the USS-64 inserts, but apparently the USS-96 ones are in short supply.

If you can't find one, what about cutting the full metal frame that you have and adding some angle brackets on the inside to hold a piece of plexi with the Corona decals on it?

Also, the USS and CSS signs are interchangeable, this one should work: http://www.ebay.com/itm/COCA-COLA-DRINK-MACH-BY-CAVALIER-CSS-12-96-SIGN-WITH-FRAME-/270913017237?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f13ac9595
