It is a VMC-72, but the coin area has been filled in or something - strange!
It is an illusion of height because it is on a shelf ot something, but compare the vents to a VMC-72 picture.

It appears that the handle on front turns the coupler to delivery drinks. I believe it would alternate columns just like the original 72 - still a single flavor, small bottle machine!
