I just set up my Vendo 165 at my place of employment, just to make a little extra spending money, who knows when another good deal on a coke machine will come along. My question is, what is a good temp to set it at, or is it a personal preference? I put a cheap thermometer inside and it is reading about 39 degrees.

Usually, in the vending part of it, we look for a temperature of between 38-42 degrees. This way, there is room for error and the compressor itself won't have to work as hard. The colder we go, the harder the machine has to work.

Thank you for the reply. I think I am going to leave mine right where it is at.

tturner7, though I'm sure it varies by make, model and individual conditions, what number on the dial did you put it at?

Mark,

Just center the dial in the middle of the number range and go from there... '<img'>

My six cents,
