I have a Vendo 110.  The coin mech is complete.  However, the mechanism accepts my change (nickels or dimes) and the money falls through.  You can then move the handle down to vend a soda.  The handle pops back up, but does not "lock".  It allows you to continue pressing down w/o having to put in another 10 cents.

Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this issue?  If you need pics, etc of the coin mech, please leave your email address or email me at hotrod39@gmail.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

Jason,

Could you post a complete photo of your coin mech...?

There are two versions...
If you have the small door coin mech, it could be that a screw has been threaded into the coin vending mech creating a free vend cycle.
If you have the large door, it could be the slide that lifts on top of the coin(s) when the handle is depressed is sticking in the up position allowing a free vend cycle.

Does the free vend cycle continue or does the coin mech eventually reset and need correct change again to get a soda?

The photo I'm attaching is a little larger then what the system will allow me to post.  Do you happen to have an email address I could send this to?  If so, email me at the address I listed in my earlier post and I'll send it that way.

Thanks for your help!!!

Yes, the free vend cycle continues....It never resets itself.
