Parts needed

I have a Cavalier C6-174G that I am in the process of refurbishing. I am looking to get the following items if they are available. Anyone know where I might get these?
Item selector buttons. Part # C-4-3101
Lens for "Have A Coke" this is located above coin slot. Item #B-4-3206
Coin Box Assembly Item #C-4-2602

Also, what type of insulation would I use to put inside the unit? Does it matter what type?

I got the item #s out of the Manual for this machine.
