I like to get a good idea of going rates from the Ebay 'sold' listings function.  I didn't go into too much detail with this search, but if you search 'coke sign base' and click on the 'sold' listings, looks like they generally go for $200-250 in the condition you have

I see them quite often for like $300 with local pick up only.

Realistically around $150 is pretty fair considering the base with need be refinished, and the embossed lettering would have to be re painted.  

Can't see anybody wanting to pay 300 plus shipping plus refinishing, and still have to add something to the top!

Over the last year I was buying several of these for my reproduction Vendo Coin Changer Stand and paid between $125 - $175. As stated, I have also seen people asking $300 which in my opinion is too much!

I bought a bunch off a guy once who found them attached to his dock. Someone had welded them to the poles that held his dock up.
They needed a good sandblasting and clean up, but I was able to salvage them all.

You could always list them for $300 and if no one bites lower it.  Just list the offers accepted option also.

I agree with Greg,  that way you get an idea what people are will to pay for one.
