With no lids and grafitti scratched into the metal and you have to assume that compresser is toast from the looks of it. I would have to say pass unless he would sell it for $100 to $150, or unless you really need another workbench for the garage.

It's not only a workbench, it doubles as a drive-in speaker stand.
If it were priced right, I would enjoy spending an afternoon cutting it down to the size of a Royal Crown junior.
