When I plugged my machine in I heard a small click like it was coming on then nothing. Nothing works at all coin mech, lights, compressor nothing. Don't know where to start. What should I check first???

Check the other GFIs in the house. They could be protected on the circuit without being in the garage. Especially if in a newer house, mine is in the basement to protect the basement and the garage to meet code. If that circuit runs through a bedroom, in maine you even need an Arc Fault breakers now...

Confirm if there is power to that outlet with something else.

Did you try plugging something else in that outlet to see if it works. Your garage should have one outlet that is a GFI, even if it isn't the one the machine is plugged into. If the outlet is dead check all of the garage outlets and find the one that is GFI and reset the button.

Thanks for the replies. Found it was a GFI behind the fridge. Used another outlet in supply closet and its back up and running.
