I picked up an old Coke cooler that had the bottom cut off and came with a lid that doesn't fit. The measurements are OD 41 1/2" X 22 1/2" ID 39 1/2" X 20 1/2".
I'm not sure what it belongs to but it is very clean with no rust holes. If anyone knows what they are to or would want them let me know.
                        Thanks, Ken

(The pics don't do it much justice)  smile

What is the top constructed of? Looks like wood on top of a galvanized base...

It's steel with what I have to assume is wood for insulation. Pretty heavy lid. The color is dark blue and has squares centered in each panel.

That was my first thought without even reading any of the comments.

I was looking at this lid the other day and after some research believe it belongs to a Quikold 1400. The dimensions of the cabinet appear to be about right for the lid and the pic looks like the same lid.  http://soda-machines.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=454&Itemid=14
