Here is a hard to find Cap Catcher with the opener and chrome ring. Not rusted junk great shape. They measure 10 1/2'' center to center holes. Total length is 21''

I bought the catcher on the right side of the picture, unfortunately it doesn't fit my WE-6, so I'd love to get it into the hands of someone who could use it.
