Parts For A CMD-D Dry Chest Cooler Any Help Please

I just picked up a CMD-D Chest Cooler after sitting in storage since 1980 then I came along and bought it. Its pretty mint. But just missing the Evaporator Fan, Motor Mounting bracket and top plate round piece of galvanized. I was hoping that someone has a parts box that there striping or a direction to go. Any help would be greatly appreciated. not shore how these parts mount is there a parts manual I can get? Also I'm a Refrigeration man so If I can be of any help please drop me a line. Here is a picture of what Im missing. Its a round evaporator type..
