I bet you could set up a soda-machine restoration shop right outside there and sell a machine to about every person who rents a bay.  It'd be cool just to walk around there for the day

There is something somewhat similar to that in Falmouth Maine. It is run as an auto club and full of exotics, they detail them and upkeep them for you and you only have to drive it. Since you have to have it in storage 6 months out of the year around here anyway it takes care of the winter storage. No, I can't afford to have my fairlane in there.
