Value of pepsi vendorlator 27

Hey Guys, I saw this Pepsi Vendorlator 27 up for sale or trade today. Guy says that it is complete but non-working and that he has already sand-blasted  many parts but then lost interest in the project. What would something like this be worth? Please help.

The only thing I dont like is that you are buying someone elses project.  They are always good at telling you its all there.  Than you drag it home and start realizing you are missing this, and that.

I would definitely be my bargaining with he or she when it came to the price.
