That looks just like the sign that used to hang on my dad's (actually grandfather's ) drug store in Detroit.  Of course ours said "McDonnell Pharmacy".

Very cool but I suspect it would cost a lot to get all that neon working again!

Sign appears to be painted, IMHO the sign is priced very fairly not worth much more than that. Neon isnt that high to get done. I know of signs like a Super Chevrolet Service that was canned, new transformer and new glass for under $600.00 and it looked amazing when done. Just shop around there is a shop here in twon that farms out everything and there prices are very high.

New tubes for one side, not a good picture to see if both sides requiire it. new transformers.
As for the cost, no clue.
