Price and Model?

I am still fairly new too all of this but I feel like this is a pretty cool machine. But what about the price? The guy wants $200 for it, is that too much, please help.

Westinghouse WC-78-MD...if everything is there, working and it cools, $200 is a decent price.  I'm sure you could easily offer $100 and go from there.  Good machine, will hold many different bottle sizes and can be adapted for cans.
