Those are both water circulators which I think are cool because of the unique way they chill the bottles.  However, in general they are not very practical for home use.  Water leaks can be a problem etc.  Hard to tell from the picture but the one on the ground looks like a Westy Master.  The one on the dolly looks to be the same but the angle that the picture was taken from is likely distorting the diffrence in size between the coolers if there even is one.

Even though I have a Kelvinator FE-51 water circulator that I plan to restore one day, I probably would not give much for those two.
