Just to alert anybody who likes the Westinghouse Multi-drink machines. I just noticed that Ebay has one of the small ones up at the moment. It's a light-up, too. Looks like it would clean up nicely. This is my favorite style squaretop aside from the Cav 55.

Good luck if anyone's interested.

I have a Westinghouse machine like this one that has a "broken" electric motor. I have just purchased two other non-working Westinghouse machines to scavange two working machines (hopefully) out of the three.
However, I would like to know if anyone knows of someone who can fix my motor. I live in Houston, Texas and I took the motor to a shop that said they could fix it, but they didn't know what to do with it. Any help would be most appreciated!

ADA60,
Did you just buy on on eBay from Minnesota on August 11th for $127?
I had bid like crazy on that thing and missed out on bidding at the very end. I was heartbroken.
If so, any chance I can buy it back from you?
I live right there and was looking forward to picking it up in person.
Sorry if I am being too forward. I don't mean to make you uncomfortable.

Markito,
You are not being forward at all! I did buy the machine you bid on. I just finished the road trip to pick up the two machines I purchased. I need an electric motor out of one and the would be more than happy to sell you either of the other machines. They are now in Texas and shipping costs will be your problem - each machine is about 400 lbs. My email is "

" Please email me directly and I would be glad to fill you in and also pick your brain about what you know about these Westinghouse machines.

ADA60,
I sooooooooooooooo wish I could have met you sooner so that we could have bought it together, met up, removed the motor for you and then I could have had the motorless machine. I just wanted it for looks in my game room in my basement. Argh. At this point shipping back to here would be out of my price range, but thanks for offering. I should have contacted you before you got here.

But it is a pleasure meeting you. If you are ever coming up here again, let me know.
