I am going to go out on a limb and say that he doesn't have licensing agreements for most of the images that he is using on the stuff he is selling.  But still pretty cool!

My guess would be you are not all that far out on that limb, Tim.  The seller is based out of Hong Kong, I don't think "niceties" like copyrights and licensing are observed closely in that neck of the woods.
