Pat is correct, that is the extremely rare Vendo 6-Case Horizontal.
It was designed specifically for use in elementary schools where the typical customer would be somewhat shorter. The shelves are spring loaded so you load them similar to a gun magazine. When one bottle is removed, the next one is loaded into the vending position by the spring tension. These machines had a short run because the teachers did not like having a bunch of kindergarten students running around hopped up on caffiene!
A very rare machine indeed!
