Chris,

As far as the Credit Unit Adjustment goes, I would just start from step one and adjust it step by step as per the manual. I had to do the exact same thing for my F-120 and ended up with a 100% working Credit Unit. When that is done, you can totally rule it out as being a "bad player" in your machine.

Awesome! Keep us updated on the progress or if you need any other help with the carriage or anything else.

Well, it took two weeks, but chased down all the problems, and as of tonight everything is working. Ended up with several connections that needed cleaning, a couple that needed resoldering, straightening some bent points on the cam switches, and replacing one bad reset solenoid. The solenoid was probably what caused the carriage motor to burn out in the first place many years ago, as its in the circuit that provides current to the reed switch that stops the carriage motor when it reaches the record to be selected and energies the starting relay. That side was dead, which meant the carriage motor would keeping running and pulling on the chain when the carriage was jammed against the raised selector arm.

Now on to finish cleaning of the rest of the 50+ years of nicotine, intsall the legs and load it with records... more pictures to follow....
