install refrigeration unit Ideal 55

This is my first restoration project. I purchased an Ideal 55 pepsi slider that did not have the motor, compressor, evaporater, etc. just an empty shell.  Then I purchased a refrigeration unit that fits on ebay, but I have no instructions on how to install it and how to hook up the electric and the cool air lines.  Does anyone know of a place on the web where I can find install instructions with pictures.  Thank you.

WHat kind of unit did you buy? I have never seen a unit on ebay made for a slider..

The slider cooling mechanism is different than other dry chests... the cooling lines are acually inside the walls of the cooler... you would have to install the compressor , condensor unit and then connect the lines and then have them filled with coolant.

if you are not a refrigeration guy, or have the tools to do it, you won't be able to do it yoruself.. you'll need to take it to a refrigeration specialist to hook it up, charge it..etc..
