I called Pat for his Option .The Seller Was Shaky And Nervous That I would Not come get it If He held on to it For Me For 24 Hours As he said He Had Others Were Calling To View it .But After Speaking To Him and Insuring him My Word Was Good .And Offering To Send A Deposit By U.P.S Next day Air He Agreed To Give Me Till The Next Afternoon To Call him By 10:00am To Aging Give Him An Arrival Time I Took off work Early And met at 2:00 Pm .
He was A Nice Guy And Was Just Nervous Because of Pryor Problems Of other sales he has had .
