I am looking for the plastic dispensor part including the doors for a Coinco ct-48. Any help in or around Minn would be appreciated before I just scrap the machine out...

I would search for a complete machine and use it for the parts that you need.  I regularly see the CT 48 for sale in the $200 and under range.  Great little machines.  My son has one in his dorm room up at college and he is selling Coke, Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper for a nice profit at 75 cents a can!
