It's a PAM clock.

I've don't think I've ever seen a Pam with the signage underneath like that, but I am definately no clock expert. Thanks.

It is a Pam, I got it upstate NY he wanted $300 I paid $200 but he was a cool guy and I hung out and helped him clean out an estate for hours so he gave me a break on it, I also got some nice Fireston signs too, may post them on Oldgas

Yes definately a PAM Clock... you can tell by the hands..
Tom, The cleveland clocks had light up marquees generally and are much bigger..
The maker of the marquee addition to the bottom of this clock also made them for Coke ,there are two versions that can attach to 16" coke buttons... they are all made of tin with painted graphics.

Ken, Old Gas is another site with discussion forum like this , only it's 95% Gas and oil Related Topics, Great site and good bunch of guys.. another one is Cheeses Pit Stop.. Google them you'll find them..
