Hi All,
I am looking for a very small part and was hoping someone might have one or know the specific dimensions so that I might be able to pick one up at the hardware store or the like.  It's a simple part.  I'm looking for the steel ball that the carousel/vending drum sits on when mounted atop it's base.  It's basically a ball bearing the drum spins on.  If I knew the exact size, I'm sure I could go to Fastenal and pick one up, but thought I'd ask here to see if anyone could provide any info on it.  I see it in the Manual I have, but it gives no information about it other than it needs to be there.  Any info or assistance would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks.

If that's all that's holding you up, why not go down and buy 2 or 3 of different sizes, they are cheap. And if one works.....return the other 2  biggrin

Funny you say that, as that is exactly what I was going to do, but I thought it better if someone happen to already have the info.  The vending system is very difficult to slide in and out of the machine, so thought it best if I did it as few times as possible...if you know what I mean.  I'll probably just end up buying 2 or 3 of them though.

I just happen to have the guts to a 149. I checked mine and it is a 5/8" ball.

5/8"...that's outstanding!  Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for.  Guessing it's just a simple steel ball?  No special material I mean..??  You don't happen to have the coin box, cap catcher, and fan shroud do you??  and of course, are you looking to get rid of it or are you in process of rebuild?  Thanks again.

Hi Ken,

Did you have any luck finding the coin catcher, cap catcher, fan shroud or the ball bearing.  I have all of them from a 139 and I am assuming they will fit the 149.  Cap catcher is in rough shape but the coin box would clean up nicely.  Let me know and I can send you some pics.

The cap catchers are the same - not sure about the other parts.
