Cavalier correct change light?

I have a Cavalier USS-8-64 machine that is in the final stages of restoration. Nearly everything is finished but the correct change light bulbs are burnt out. The bulbs are two funny looking small tubes. Does anyone know where these can be located or does anyone have any ideas of a replacement or different bulb conversion if these aren't available?

I fixed my problem today. I tried the local ace hardware store and the manager told me to go to the local vending supplier. It turns out that even some newer machines have this same light. He sold me a one for $10:00 that we took off of a bubble front machine. Thanks for the comment about the machine. The lighting in the pic is bad. The machine is actually the correct coke red.
