I am redoing a Glasco slider.  I replaced the fan inside the box but the switch up top that tripps it on and off by the lid doesn't seem to work consistently.  Is there a way to replace that switch without taking the liner our?   If not, since that fans runs constantly unless the lid is open is straight wiring it and by passing the switch an option.

You should be able to remove the top gasket (or unscrew and lift it just in the rear and on one side) and access that swich by pulling the breaker strip forward.
But since the fan motor is new, there should be no harm in wiring it in constant, it will just blow a lot of your cold air out of the box every time you open the lid.
