Has anyone else noticed that the new season involves very little "restoration".   Basically heres the item I want to restore...............here it is restored.  Rest of the show is just 20 minutes of showing what idiots the staff are.   I don't think I've seen any episode yet that showed any of the restoration process

Nah - an elderly Jewish couple from Manhatten are going to drive all the way to Vegas with it to be restored.  They'll have some story about how it's been in the family since their great-grandfather had it in his general store and would love to see it restored so their 26 grandchildren can get sodas out of it.

Well, only I and Moondawg know it's true history. I advertise the machine on CL and got my asking price. I din't think it would sell but he finally came up with the money and paid in full. Yeah, will be interesting to see the story they come up with on this machine.

Did anybody see their new episode last night? They were having their first auction to sell some of their stuff. The auction was so obviously fake !

OK just my two cents .  Yeah it looked, hokey  but I'm sure Rick was put up to doing this by the producer.
