Values on Signs (WARNING: LOTS OF PICS)

If People could give (in their opinions) the prices on some of these signs.. Im looking to buy something from this couple and am just looking for some advice. Thanks All!!!

Looks like some great stuff, not any real bad signs in the bunch?? I'd do your research, check out book values, even though they are old, maybe take off 15% and come up with a number,, maybe make an offer on teh whole lot, and sell off the ones you don't want to pay it back? I've done it and it worked out well for me years ago... gave me good start up cash to really get into the hobby...

            really Nice Lot of Signs . The Prices can go all over the Place . I relay like the Sign in your Second Picture (I believe Your Calling it the Curb Service Sign) I'd Love to have it as I have the Canada Version In French , I'll Post a Picture later .
