Easy...
Take the main door off the machine and lay it on a blanket
Remove the pin from the coin mech shaft, unscrew the 50+ screws around the perimeter and around the bottle door, replace gasket, screw the 50+ screws back in, replace pin, put the door back on.
Done!
It is advisable to screw the screws back in like you would lug nuts on a tire - criss cross.

       When reaching the rounded corners at the top it is advisable to heat and stretch the gasket for a smoother fit.
