Just noticed on Ebay within 20 miles from me, does not list make/model? Help as to what it is and how much to pay for it?

Vendo 110, Early model.
From photo looks complete, obviously big rust mark on front, so would most likely have to be restored.
450-500 value if complete and cooling.
