my WD-10

« on: January 31, 2011, 05:51:15 pm »

hello all! i recently just got my first refrigerated coke item: a westinghouse wd-10 dry cooler. i know that this cooler has been restored mechanically within the past 20 years, and it runs perfectly. i can take more pictures if you want. i plan on sand blasting (or walnut-shell blasting) the inside racks that sit on the bottom. overall, i think that was a good buy!

thank you!
i paid 450$ for  it, which is a little high, but worth it in my opinion because it has no rust.

Great looking original machine, I think you did well considering condition and that it's a Dry Cooler.. I'd love to find one of those for my backporch and would ditch the glasco.. It has more space than a slider and personally think it looks cooler!

Great score!
