Well, having some difficulties getting this unit to function. At the end of much effort it will still just be a 70's 45 rpm jukebox.

However if one pulled the guts and fitted a flat screen PC monitor to where the top glass panel is, then put a couple of servers where the record mech is one could have a pretty cool uTube/DVD sound and video device. Keyboard/mouse would tuck under the selection lid.

Anybody tried it?
Thanks!!

I sold a 40's 78  jukebox to a guy, he sent me pictures after installing a CD player  inside. I cried.

There's a guy in Gorgia i think, has done some heavy remodding. I'll look for the name when I get home tonight. It's very doable,

I am new to restoring Bowlers but I have done quite a few Seeburgs.  Bail on the 70s juke (they are ugly) and find a cheap Seeburg 100.  I own 5 of them and due to the crummy economy, I have been buying them cheap.

let me know if you need any help.

I have thought about doing ,p3 players out of jukes before. I think it would be a great idea. I would like to do it to a seeburg trashcan someday.

As a coin op traditionalist , I prefer the original parts in original Jukeboxes.  However, the great thing about this hobby is you can be as creative as you would like.

I own a chopped and channeled 1931 Oldsmobile (very modified from the original) and you should see some of the dirty looks I get from the automotive "purists" out there.

Have fun with it.
