I think they are all missing that by now.
Not mine.. I have one that belonged to my Grandfather when he used to own a few bottling plants.. I have his with original advertising cards, and the sample insulation display..

John I think you are one of the few. Every one I have seen was missing the insulation and most were missing the display pages.  I would love to have one but a little out of my price range right now.

      I know about the display pages but never heard of insulation samples.

here is a photo of the insulation sample and also a the sample of the celotex insulation that is on the bottom of these coolers..
I wish I had the original case, but my grandfather said he left it somewhere.. use to keep this just in a box and bring it around ...
