A heads up on this guy his name is Wayne and he has this Transition in Owosso MI on Craig's list

in which I did and had a little chat with Wayne and set up a time for the next day . Well Two or three hr. later Wayne called me and started up
that he could not sell it because his father in-law said he was selling it too cheap and it should be five time that amount , Well I asked did you call Leonard
to explane this to him and in a sheepish voice he said no ,Well I told him that he needed to call Leonard and let him know , I jumped on the phone to call
Leonard and it went to voice mail so I left a message and dropped him a email he had also had pulled the ad. Well this jerk of a person did not get a hold of Leonard till the next day and gave him the same crap of a story.
So know we jump ahead two weeks and this jerk has it up again for the same price So beware of this person he is not to be trusted at all
