I have one, but it is missing the decal on the front. It used to have one because I can see where it used to be.
If you are looking to get it, make sure the weights are in the columns. Mine is complete and functional, but I only have about 10 of the horoscope tickets.

Kind of looks like a stamp machine that I saw at an antique store. I did not see the inside but the outside looks pretty similar.

Same internals as the stamp machines. Many were redeployed as pseudo gambling "pull tab" machines.
Tom, I can probally get pull tabs for it if you PM the size.

Should be able to get close with just the interior measurements of the stack.

Agreed....but these had lucky numbers, a birthdate (I think) and some Confucius quote. I'll find them...they were all in a small little ziplock baggie.
