I have a 50's vendorlator 110 big coin door machine and was wondering if anyone know how to determine the year it was made from the serial number? I know how to date a Vendo serial number, but it doesnt seem to work that way with vendorlator.

model number: H110  F
serial number: 105096  F51

Thanks

On a vendo number, the first number is the year (5) 1955, or (7) 1957. The next two are the month, (10) october etc. The final five numbers are the serial number.

I have been looking through the old posts looking for the info on how to date a VMC machine by the serial #.  I see several posts on Vendos... but can not find the 411 on the VMCs. Anyone got a guess on reading the # off a VMC.  I have a VMC 27 with the Serial # of : 10989.
