Welcome to the site and nice score.  I have a 4 door that originally had the countertop and would love to get some close up pictures and measurements of the mounts and that countertop.

I am fairly certain that these not factory countertop mounts.
If you look at the Victor Coolers manual (available in the SMC Downloads), PDF pages 19 & 20 picture it and ID the bracket with a part number.
