I agree but at the same time that is the game of ebay. He won it fair and square but if he doesn't respond by tomorrow I am relisting it.

I would re-list it. If you were specific in your rules for the auction and he violated the rules.......

Well he just called. I was not able to end the auction until tomorrow so it is his. He said his paypal account is frozen so he has been dealing with that and he has been trying to resolve that before he contacts me. Yeah right. Oh well.

He said his paypal account is frozen....

IMO that means MO or cash only....sounds like a credit worthiness issue!
Or maybe he is a lurker here and saw he had 10 days!  Oo

He's a businessman and should know communication is the key to any successful transaction.  His Paypal account being frozen has no bearing on whether or not to contact you.  I feel bad for you Josh, because having dealt with you in the past, I know how genuine and honest you are to deal with.  Pawn Stars antics aside, he sounds like a real tool.

Thats very nice of you guys. Thank you! The only time I am not reliable is when I need a money order. I am a victim of paypal. Our sleepy town of 1,100 people doesn't have much. The post office is always out of money orders and my bank is 30 minutes away!

I am happy that he is getting it and got a good deal I just wish Rick would have handled it differently. I was a little angry on the phone with him so he knows what is going on. I told him he should start reading ebay info all the way through. He just kept saying "I have been busy man" I thought that was a lame excuse to wait so long to contact someone.
