Coke bottle opener

I got this coke bottle opener yesterday at an antique store. Not really concerned on how much it is worth but I am curious to know how old it is. Anyone know how old it is?

"Drink Coca Cola" "In bottles" put s it late 40's -1950's. in the mid 50's you will find these type of openrs with  "Have A Coke, Drink Coca-Cola" and "it's the Real Thing. Drink Coca Cola "  on 1960's openers .

Awesome thanks! Also are these openers pretty much indestructable? I'm thinking of bringing it back to school with me to use when I get mexican coke from the gas station next door to my dorm. Beats using a screw driver or the desk.

I have a couple, but truth be told, I never tried  using them.  I would think you'll lose it before it breaks

I think that is true. The thing is really strong and in great shape for its age.

They work just fine!! Not as exciting when you break the bottom out of a bic lighter using it for a bottle opener though.

Nice little opener.... I bought a Grapette, 7up and Kist this past weekend... So I've got to collect them all now!
There are a ton of different brands out there... and are pretty cheap to pick up....

I was actually thinking of putting a key ring on it and using it as a keychain for my machine keys as well as using it for its intended purpose. It was a tough decision either that or a small handle from a fountain machine.

       A keychain is an excellent idea, also makes harder to lose your keys.
