Soda machine book

I know that this is probably a sore subject to bring up, but did anyone ever get any infomation from that book that Dan Kwate never put out?  Just the information would be valuable, I don't care if it is in a book or not.

Is there  any other book out there which is a good reference for history, and estimated values?
