The Ideal coin mechs came several ways 5-6-10-15 & 25cent it all depended on which slug rejector(s) where installed inside the coin tower, the price is stamped on the side of the slug-rejector itself, some mech's had the ability to accept both a dime & a nickle (15 Cent vend) in the same slot, I also understand that the internal coin mechanisms themselves were also used in Jacob vending machines. if yours was originally a single price vendor, then it will have only one vending/coin disk on the shaft, (the round-sloted disk that accepts the coin after it clears the slug rejector) typically a 5, 10 or 25 cent machine, if there are two disks then it most likley was a 6, or 15 cent vendor, my guess is that the 6 cent (penny + nickle) are most likely out of a Jacobs Machine, what does your coin slot bezel say on it? I've seen some Glasco sliders that had two slots for two dimes (20-cent vend) also.  My Ideal/55 Nesbitts Orange slider has a 10 cent slug rejector, & room for a second disk, also, the coin entry portion (Chrome-Bezel)on top of the tower (it's a high-mount)
has only one slot for a dime only, BUT has a second coin chute to the left of the first slot, so it looks like it was able to be converted to a nickle + dime type of a vend, as it also has room for the second disk on the shaft, oh, and the disk(s) AREN'T adjustable, theyr'e set to accept only the coin it was designed for. hope this helps  '<img'>
