To remove the feet, you have to lay it down and spray each leveler with something like PB Blaster. Let it rest a bit, tap each foot with a hammer and spray again. After a little while, get a blow torch and heat each leg up and then they will come off easily. If you just try to unscrew them, 90% of them will snap off!
To get the broken one out, you will probably have to remove the compressor assembly. Look first and see whether there is enough of the leg bolt sticking up to get a grip on and again follow the PB Blaster/torch instructions. If there is not enough to grab, don't waste your time removing the compressor yet as you are stuck drilling it out.
Worst case scenario replace the threaded insert - Fun-Tronics sells it. You will have to remove the compressor for this.

The breaker strips simply push in towards the cabinet and then they can clear the clips on the liner.

Also if you cannot get the leg leveler out you can use bolt extractors. They look like drill bits. You drill a hole in the center of the leveler and use the extractor and it will grip the screw. I would first use PB Blaster and then heat it like Collecture suggested.

Thanks Guys, I still have a question on the breaker strips. The left one along the bottle gate looks complicated. It seems to be tucked in behind it. No sure what to do.

You'll have to remove the bottle stack to get to the breaker strips..

it's easy, remove the shelves
Remove the screws holding the bottle stack to the cabinet and while taking the last one off, The last one on the top, hold the stack or have someone help you as it's a little heavy, and it will come right off... easy to put back on by reversing this order.

Good luck!

I will give it a shot. Also is there an easy way to clean up shelves, steel wool ?? They don't need to look brand new, I have repaced all the springs, just want them to look cleaner. Thanks Steve
